1. Connection (English)

Use the "Connect your Gmail account" button on the dashboard to authorize MailCraft AI to access and manage your emails.

2. Processing Emails

Once connected, click "Process latest unread email". The system will automatically fetch, analyze, and sends reply for the most recent unread email in your inbox.

3. Multi-Agent Workflow

  • Reader: Fetches the latest unread email from your Gmail.
  • Classifier: Identifies the topic and extracts important details like order numbers.
  • Responder: Crafts a contextual and professional draft response.
  • Critic: Reviews and ensures the generated reply meets quality standards.
  • Revise: If the draft is rejected, it rewrites the response based on the feedback (max. 2 cycles).

4. Monitoring Performance

The dashboard provides real-time updates on each agent's progress, including per-agent execution times and the final generated draft.

Dashboard üzerindeki "Connect your Gmail account" butonuna basarak MailCraft AI'nın e-postalarınıza erişmesine ve yanıtlamasına izin verin.

2. E-postaları İşleme

Bağlantı kurulduktan sonra "Process latest unread email" butonuna tıklayın. Sistem, gelen kutunuzdaki son okunmamış e-postayı bularak otomatik olarak işler ve hızlı bir şekilde yanıt gönderir.

3. Çoklu Ajan İş Akışı

  • Reader: Gmail hesabınızdaki en son okunmamış e-postayı bulur.
  • Classifier: Konuyu belirler ve sipariş numarası gibi detayları ayıklar.
  • Responder: Bağlama uygun, profesyonel bir taslak yanıt hazırlar.
  • Critic: Hazırlanan yanıtı kalite standartlarına göre denetler.
  • Revise: Eğer taslak reddedilirse, geri bildirimleri doğrultusunda yanıtı yeniden yazar.(maks. 2 döngü)

4. Performans İzleme

Dashboard üzerinden her bir ajanın çalışma durumunu, işlem sürelerini ve hazırlanan son taslak yanıtı anlık olarak takip edebilirsiniz.

Account Disconnection / Bağlantı Kesme

You can disconnect your Gmail at any time via the dashboard button or from your Google Account Permissions.

Dashboard üzerindeki "Disconnect" butonu ile veya Google Hesap ayarlarınızdan erişimi istediğiniz an kaldırabilirsiniz.
